  2. Your 5000 push ups and 2500 squats inspire me – pull ups are too lofty of a goal for me.
    Agree with others, the audio and video are great quality and the length kept my attention! :)

    1. The pushups and squats are the worst part of my workout routine. I would rather do pullups all day long.
